-Original passport and photocopy of personal information pages.
-China visa application form to be filled out completely and signed by the
applicant.
-The original copy of the employer’s letter to the applicant. It should contain
the applicant’s name, nationality, occupation, purpose of visit, date of entry
to China and financial status.
-Two personal photos with a white background.
